Pull & Binder is published and operated by MadGrey LLC. By using this site you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, the remedy is simple: stop using the site.

A publication about Pokemon Trading Card Game products — which sealed products are worth buying, which starter decks are playable, and which binders, sleeves, toploaders and storage actually protect a collection. It is written for parents and first-time collectors.

• It is editorial opinion, formed against a published rubric using manufacturer specifications, retailer listings and cited independent sources.
• It is not hands-on product testing. We do not run a test lab and do not claim to have used the products we score. Where a page cites someone else's testing, it says so and links to it.
• It is not official. We have no connection to The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK or any manufacturer or retailer named on the site.
• It is not investment advice. Nothing here is a prediction about what a card, a sealed box or a collection will be worth later. Do not treat it as one.
• It is not a shop. You cannot buy anything from us. Every purchase happens on a retailer's own site under their terms.

Most product links here are affiliate links, which means we earn a commission if you buy through one, at no extra cost to you. We participate in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and may add other programs over time. The affiliate disclosure page describes the arrangement in full.

• Prices and availability belong to the retailer and change without notice. Where we cannot verify a current price the site says so rather than printing a number.
• Your purchase contract is with the retailer, not with us. Payment, delivery, returns, warranty and consumer-law rights are all theirs to honor.

This is a site about products that change. Pack counts shift between expansions, binders get discontinued and redesigned, grading companies update their submission requirements, and prices move constantly. Going out of date is the normal condition of a page here, not an unusual failure.

But the content is provided as is: we make no warranty that any page is complete, current or error-free, and you should check anything that matters — particularly a specification, a price or a rule — against the manufacturer or retailer before you buy.

To the fullest extent the law allows, MadGrey LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from a purchase you made after reading it. That includes a product that disappointed you, a price that changed, a specification that turned out to be wrong, or a card that was damaged in storage. The recommendations are advice, freely given and freely taken.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

• Read, link, quote and share. Linking to any page here is welcome and needs no permission. A short quote with attribution and a link is fine.
• Do not republish wholesale. Copying a page, or a substantial part of one, to another site is not permitted. The text, the scoring rubrics and the artwork are ours.
• Do not scrape the site automatically in a way that degrades it for other readers. AI crawlers are explicitly allowed in our robots.txt — this clause is about abusive request volume, not about who is reading.
• Do not misuse the contact form. Spam, automated submissions and abuse get blocked.
