What to get in touch about

  • A correction. The most useful email we get. Point at the specific claim and we will check it and fix the page.
  • A question about what to buy. If the site does not answer it, that is a gap worth knowing about — the answer often becomes a page.
  • A product we have missed. Particularly a binder, sleeve or holder that is widely sold and not here.
  • A broken link or a page that will not load. Always worth telling us.
  • A product you actually own. We score from published specifications, so genuine hands-on experience is the one thing we cannot get ourselves.

What we cannot help with

  • Valuing your cards. We do not publish card values and cannot appraise anything. Prices depend on condition in ways a photograph cannot settle.
  • Investment advice. Out of scope entirely.
  • Order problems. We are not a retailer and have no visibility into any purchase. Contact the retailer you bought from.
  • Authenticating a specific card from a photo. Our guide to spotting fakes covers the checks better than we could from an image.
  • Placement requests. Nobody pays to be on this site. Editorial policy.

How to reach us

Email: contact@pullandbinder.com. That address is monitored and forwards to the owner's inbox. It is the only email address on this site — if you receive something claiming to be from Pull & Binder from a different address, it is not us.

We do not publish a phone number or a postal address, because this is a small independent site run by one person and neither would get answered. Email is the channel.

05

Who you are writing to

Brijon M., who writes everything on this site, on behalf of MadGrey LLC. Not a support desk and not a ticketing system — which is why the reply may take a day or two and why it will be from a person.

We use your email only to reply. No newsletter, no list, nothing passed on.

Questions people actually ask

How do I contact Pull & Binder?
Email contact@pullandbinder.com or use the form on this page. We reply to most things within two business days.
Do you have a phone number?
No. This is a small independent site run by one person, so email is the only channel — a published phone number would not get answered.
Can you tell me what my card is worth?
No. We do not publish card values and cannot appraise anything: prices move constantly and depend heavily on condition, which a photograph cannot settle. How rarity and value work.
I found a mistake on the site. What should I do?
Tell us, with the specific claim and the page it is on. Corrections are the most useful mail we get, and we fix the page and update its last-updated date.
Can I pay to have my product featured?
No. There is no paid placement, no sponsorship and no rate card. Our editorial policy.
